- From Toronto (Approximately 1 1/2 hours): Take highway 401 to the 403 West towards Brantford. On the outskirts of the City of Brantford, watch for the Garden Ave./Cainsville Exit. After exiting, head South towards the Cainsville traffic lights. At these lights go straight through. This is highway 254 (formerly 54). Stay on this road for a mile and a half and then look for a small blue sign that says "Six Nations" and a large green one that says "East Cayuga/Caledonia". At this sign turn left. This is still highway 254, it just turns sharply. Stay on highway 254 for about 10-15 minutes and you will reach the intersection of highway 254 and Chiefswood Rd. At this intersection turn right onto Chiefswood Rd. and drive over the bridge. Stay on this road for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the Administration Building on your right.
- From London (Aproximately 1 1/2 hours): Take the 401 and exit at 236 to the 403 East. Stay on the 403 until you reach the Garden Ave./Cainsville exit. After exiting, head South towards the Cainsville traffic lights. At these lights go straight through. This is highway 254 (formerly 54). - From Simcoe (Aproximately 1/2 hour): Follow highway 3 to Jarvis. Turn left onto highway 6 to Hagersville. Stay on highway 6 until you come to Willowgrove. At Willowgrove turn left and this will take you into Ohsweken. At the Ohsweken traffic lights turn right onto Chiefswood Road. The Administration Building is on your left.
- From Fort Erie (Aproximately 1 1/2 hours): Follow highway 3 to Cayuga. At Chambers Corners turn left (there is a police station on the corner). Turn right onto highway 254 (formerly 54). Follow this until you reach the intersection of highway 254 and Chiefswood Rd. At this intersection turn left onto Chiefswood Rd. and drive over the bridge. Stay on this road for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the Administration Building on your right.
- From Kitchener/Cambridge (Approximately 1 hour): Take highway 24 into the City of Brantford. Take 403 East until you reach the Garden Ave./Cainsville exit. After exiting, head South towards the Cainsville traffic lights. At these lights go straight through. This is highway 254 (formerly 54).
